I know, there are realtors everywhere and what do they even do anyway besides sign a contract and cost you money?
You've probably heard about realtors who will promise to work hard and be on your side etc etc etc, but when the ink is dry, you don't hear from them or maybe they are really trying, but they just don't seem to bring a lot to the table as you're making crucial decisions and high stakes negotiations.
Yeah, I've seen it too. That's why I'm here.
So Here's What I Bring:

A whole career built on negotiations, threading the needle between risk management and high-yielding investments, finding the win-win, and long term relationships. Sound helpful in a realtor? Yup.
A Calgary native, I spent 15 years in big corporate business development and sales and then transitioned to working in sales for a luxury custom home builder, finding the sweet spot in creating and selecting homes and properties that would increase in value while feeling tailored and specific to the people who lived in them. All while keeping a pulse on growing neighborhoods and market trends.
In retrospect, it makes total sense that I shifted once again to real estate as a profession when I joined the Josh Hamilton group as an associate broker.
It felt like coming home.
